XXL UTILTIY MALIBU RESCUE BOARD
I developed this board initially as a very stable extra buoyant racing Malibu board based on the shape of the top racing boards.
It was immediately successful as an entry level stable racing board, perfect for novices as a training board, and particularly successful for board rescue events.
This lead to a demand for the board as a duty patrol board. It meets the duty patrol specifications, is faster and as stable as the traditional rescue boards and surfs a lot easier with either one or two paddlers on it.
The board has become popular along our entire coastline and is the selected board of choice of our NSRI and Lifesaving SA.
